- Founder and President of Developmental Productions, a firm dedicated to making meetings and events more exciting, inspirational and memorable.
- Founder and President of Managerial Awareness Inc., a firm that for 25 years has specialized in the development of leadership, supervisory, and communication skills training programs. During this time, he has designed and presented leadership training to over 50,000 people from a variety of organizations.
- Past President of the PEA, an international organization comprised of the top 300 performers in the field of ethical, entertaining mentalism (or "Magic of the Mind"). Fifteen years' experience in performing "Magic of the Mind."
- Winner of the American Society of Training & Development/SMC "Management & Supervisory Trainer of the Year" Award.
- Pioneer in the development of 360 Degree Feedback Surveys. Author of Improving Performance with Feedback - 51 Strategies for Using 360 Degree Feedback in Training," a book published by Creative Training Techniques.
- A member of the National Speakers Association and the Minnesota Speakers Association.
